Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana Beneficiaries

• People whose houses have been damaged by a natural or man-made calamity
• ST and other traditional forest dwellers
• Poor vulnerable and deserving household
• Victims of sea and river inundation
• SECC 2011 registered kutcha household

Features Of Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana

• The important feature of Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana is to provide pakka house to the rural area people who are living in the kutcha house.
• There will be no involvement of contractors in the construction of houses under Biju pakka Ghar Yojana.
• The developing unit under this scheme will be sanctioned in the name of women only.
• The fund provided under this scheme will directly be transferred into the beneficiary account
• The minimum carpet area of how should be 25 square meters.
• The house will include hygiene, cooking space, and a toilet.
• The material of the roof will be from RCC
• Innovation like typologies design building material and construction will be encouraged under the screen
